Depending on your role, we will support you in gaining a Teacher Training qualification. Based on your terms and conditions of employment, you will be automatically enrolled into one of three pension schemes: a Defined Benefit scheme (either the Teachers’ Pension Scheme or the Local Government Pension Scheme) or a Defined Contribution scheme through Scottish Widows. You may also be eligible for enhanced benefits, including maternity pay, shared parental pay, and sick pay.
