Our exceptional on-site restaurant, The Atrium, is where students professionally present food and serve to real customers to the highest standards. Students regularly compete in high-profile competitions, and gain key experience in local and national establishments, with credit to the industry connections of our tutors. Events Management students support the running of community events including Ware Dickensian Evening and the Isabel Hospice Sustainable Fashion Show.
Our courses range from professional cookery, hospitality and events management to patisserie and confectionery. We also offer low-cost evening courses for individuals of any ability and experience looking to improve their skills. Students with an interest in the Hospitality, Catering and Events Management industry have the opportunity to progress from Level 1 through to University-level.
