This course is designed to equip students with the key skills needed to develop their personal, social and vocational skills required for employment or further study. Students will cover a range of topics, including how to present a business idea, research other businesses, brand a product and communicate with customers. Students will also learn how to record the income and expenditure of a business and contribute to the running of an event, as well as transferable skills including customer communication, developing a personal progression plan and research techniques.
