Customer Services

Customer Services are located in the main reception areas at both Broxbourne and Ware Campus.

Our Customer Service advisors are here to offer you impartial Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) to enable you to make the right choices when choosing your course.

Come and speak to us if you would like to apply for a course we can help you with your application and talk you through the admissions process.

Opening Hours

Customer Services opening hours are as follows:

Monday to Thursday: 9.00am – 4.30pm

Friday: 9.00am – 4.00pm

We also provide the following services:

Course information and entry requirements
Fee information regarding; payment plans, concessions, Advanced Learner Loan and Financial Support. Our team can take payment of outstanding fees.
ID cards – You are provided with a free ID card on enrolment. If you do not have your ID card, you will not be permitted entry to the college and will need to pay £5 for a replacement, we can reactivate an ID card if you have an ID card that was previously replaced there is a £3 charge for a reactivation.
Admissions Information – What happens next – how do I enrol? When do I start? We can provide answers for all your questions on your HRC Learning pathway. Speak to our team and they can provide all the Information, Advice and Guidance you need.
