Suitable for beginners, this one day course on threading depilation – a hair removal technique used to remove unwanted facial hair and shape eyebrows – is designed to teach students the skills and knowledge needed to perform threading treatments.

What will I be doing?

The process of threading is simple: a strand of cotton thread is twisted around a section of hair, which in turn is pulled out from the root. The process leaves no stubble or razor burn. However, like every hair removal process, leaves some temporary mild redness.Working on each other, to gain hands on experience, students will learn three different threading techniques for you to create a range of looks for yourself and clients.

This one day workshop is scheduled from 10:00 – 12:00 on Saturday 8 February 2025 at our Ware Campus.

All our Hair & Beauty short courses are for aged 18+ unless otherwise specified.

The Department will contact you via email with start-up instructions approximately 1 week before the start of the course.

All our Hair & Beauty short courses and workshops run subject to reaching minimum numbers. In the event we are unable to run the course/workshop you are booked on to, you will be offered a space on an alternative course or a full refund of the course fee.
