Available for any level, from absolute beginner to those wanting to develop or brush up on old skills.

Working in silver, this 2-hour workshop you will teach you various techniques, including: soldering, sawing, filing and polishing as well as how to achieve decorative surfaces, to create your own silver ring to take away with you.

£40 for the 2 hour workshop. All equipment and materials required for the workshop are included in the workshop fee.

This workshop is scheduled from 10:00 – 12:00 on Saturday 8 February 2025 at our Ware Campus.

All our Art & Design Short Courses are for aged 18+ unless otherwise specified.

How to book

Once your booking/payment has been processed on our system, you will receive an email confirming your booking (please allow 3-5 working days for this).

The Department will contact you via email with start-up instructions approximately 1 week before the start of the course.

Please monitor your junk mail for emails from us as we are aware some of our system generated emails can end up there.

All our Art & Design short courses and workshops run subject to reaching minimum numbers. In the event we are unable to run the course/workshop you are booked on to, you will be offered a space on an alternative course or a full refund of the course fee.

We endeavour to remove our courses from the website once they are full, in the unlikely event you are able pay for a course/workshop that is full, you will be offered a space on an alternative course or a full refund of the course fee.
